Okay, we are all excited about the latest "Spider-Man: Brand New Day” film. For many of us, Spider-Man was the superhero growing up. Sorry to the rest of the Avengers, but Peter Parker had us in a chokehold.
While fans are counting down to the film's release, someone else has been stealing the spotlight on the promotional tour. No, we're not talking about Spider-Man himself. We're talking about his leading lady, Zendaya, who has been serving themed looks on red carpets like it's her full-time job.
And can we talk about the fact that these outfits weren't giving futuristic superhero? They were giving old-school glamour with a stylish twist. Vintage, theatrical and a little dramatic, exactly how fashion should be.
One of the standout moments came during the London press stop, where Zendaya wore a look from John Galliano's Spring 1997 Circus collection. The outfit featured celestial charms and a glittering spiderweb draped across her back.

Fashion people will probably give it a long French name we can’t pronounce, but the rest of us just saw it and thought: Spider-Man, but make it couture and a little bit haunted.

Of course, the iconic red and blue colours had to make an appearance somewhere. Zendaya stepped out in a shimmering two-piece ensemble that kept things simple while still making a statement.
The crop top, the long legs, the sparkle- it was giving Spider-Barbie. Yes, Spider-Barbie. And to be fair, someone should trademark that before Marvel does.
Another look had fashion fans doing a double-take. A red skirt paired with a black-and-white jacket had some serious Michael Jackson energy.
Nobody can convince us otherwise. Whether it was intentional or not, the outfit felt like a stylish mash-up between a pop icon and a comic-book universe.

She also proved that she can make the most understated outfit look red-carpet worthy. A casual top paired with a knee-high check skirt somehow gave equal parts Princess Anne and cool-girl fashion editor.
The short hair deserves its own publicist at this point because it is working overtime.

And because no Zendaya fashion run is complete without a little edge, she also stepped out in an all-black leather two-piece featuring a crop top and long skirt. The look showed just enough skin while keeping things sleek and powerful.
