Gary Kayle: driving behavioural change for financial wellbeing

Among the headline speakers is Gary Kayle, founder and CEO of Worth, a pioneering organisation focused on transforming financial behaviour in South Africa. Recognised as one of Radio 702’s Shapeshifters, Kayle has empowered hundreds of thousands of South Africans to take control of their money through innovative, behaviourally informed programmes.

His journey began with a personal insight: that the complexity of the financial services and credit industries often leaves individuals overwhelmed and disempowered. In response, he established Cumulate, a behavioural science company that partners with major financial institutions to deliver scalable financial wellbeing solutions.

Through both Worth and Cumulate, Kayle continues to lead a movement that makes financial confidence not only accessible but aspirational, championing inclusive, measurable progress for all South Africans.
