Step-by-step guide to perfect curls
Step 1: Prep & protect
Begin with freshly blow-dried hair. Mist through a lightweight heat protector to ensure a smooth, glossy result.
Step 2: Section like a pro
Create a clean U-shaped section from the eyebrows to just below the crown. Focus curls on this top layer to add movement and texture. Keeping the hair underneath sleeker avoids bulk and ensures the bob looks balanced and modern.
Step 3: Curl with control
With the curling attachment, place a section of hair at mid-length, rotate half a turn away from the face, and glide down slowly. This produces a natural S-shaped wave rather than a tight ringlet.
Step 4: Alternate directions
