The parolee found with a missing Hanover Park girl in his home earlier this week has been slapped with more charges.
The 51-year-old man, appeared in the Wynberg Magistrate’s Court on Friday where he was formally charged with rape, kidnapping, human trafficking, and sexual assault.
Furthermore, the Department of Correctional Services says it will look into initiating the parole revocation process as Williams was previously convicted of rape.
In court it was heard the accused was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment in 2005 for raping a 10-year-old and was granted parole in late last year.
The matter against the convicted rapist has been postponed until May 23 due to his lack of legal representation.
The court ordered the accused's name not be used due to him not having any legal counsel at this time.
According to the Department of Correctional Services (DCS), the accused has been identified as Isaac Booi on their system, however, he appeared in court under a different Muslim name.
DCS spokesperson, Singabakho Nxumalo, explained that community corrections officials have since verified his identity and confirmed that he is indeed a parolee currently under the supervision of the Cape Town Community Corrections office.
"Booi was originally sentenced on March 13, 2008 to 25 years' imprisonment for rape and indecent assault.
"After serving the minimum required portion of his sentence at Voorberg Correctional Centre, he was placed on parole on November 26, 2024. His parole period was scheduled to run until May 2044.
"Following his court appearance on Friday, the department will initiate the parole revocation process. This process will be concluded within the prescribed 14-day period, in line with DCS internal procedures," Nxumalo said.
Residents from Hanover Park came out in their numbers demanding justice for the girl and her family.
According to Public Relations Officer for the Faith and Hope Missing Persons, Dennis George, they got a call at about 5pm that the girl had gone missing. She was last seen on Tuesday between 3pm and 4pm.
“The suspect had sent the girl to the shop with R20 to buy him milk. On her way to the shop, she got a friend and told her she would be back. She said she would just be taking the milk back,” George said.
Residents were baying for the suspect's blood in Hanover Park on Tuesday evening.

Illitha Labantu, a social service and education organisation that focuses on addressing violence against women and children, has condemned this incident in the strongest terms.
Ilitha Labantu spokesperson, Siyabulela Monakali, said this is not merely a case of individual criminality; it is a glaring failure of the systems that are meant to protect our children.
"It is an indictment of our parole and justice systems, which continue to fail those they are meant to safeguard. Children should be free to move safely in their communities, not be hunted by predators who have already proven their capacity for harm,” Monakali said.
Action Society said it will be conducting oversight in this matter.
“This case underscores the reality of parolees who reoffend after they are released from prison. It also highlights the need to make the National Register for Sexual Offenders (NRSO) public to keep the children in our communities safe,” Action Society’s spokesperson, Kaylyn Palm, said.
